For support or assistance with UTORvpn or Remote Desktop Gateway, contact your local IT help desk.
If you are University staff or faculty and require a temporary change to UTORvpn’s blocked service configuration, you may request one using the UTORvpn Service Block Exemption Request Form.
If you are a departmental administrator, you may request changes to the AdminVPN user access policy using the AdminVPN DAP Request Form.
For all other VPN service inquiries, create a ticket on the Enterprise Service Centre (ESC).
