This service is intended for unit administrators. Once the service has been provisioned, unit administrators are responsible for:

• Deploying the endpoint agent in their environment
• Managing all configurations (e.g., policies, groups, exclusions, etc.)*
• Remediating security alerts in a timely fashion*

*Not applicable if the unit has opted into level two support (see the overview section).
