FWaaS is included with basic ITS services at no cost to units.
If a unit does not have permission to manage its firewall through FWaaS, its IT administrator must submit a Firewall Change Request form. Only IT administrators may submit this request.
IT administrators can learn more about network infrastructure and protections on the IT Knowledge Base (requires UTORid login). Some articles can only be viewed by active staff.
