Usage guide
All students, staff and faculty must enroll in DUO multi-factor authentication in order to access University web systems. Online self-enrollment takes 5-10 minutes and requires you to have a smartphone nearby with an active phone number.
- Ensure that DUO Mobile is compatible with your smartphone. Supported Android and iOS operating systems can be found on the DUO website.
- Install the DUO Mobile app.
- Set aside 10 minutes to complete enrollment.
- Self-enroll through the UTORMFA enrollment and device management portal.

If enrolling in UTORMFA with a mobile phone number is not possible for you, contact your campus IT help desk to obtain a hardware-based MFA token.
